We use Fastway Couriers to deliver your Bop Along Buddy NZ-wide straight to your front door!

Here are our current shipping rates:

Nationwide Non-Rural Delivery: $10 for up to 3 Buddies

Nationwide Rural Delivery: $20 for up to 3 Buddies

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

We do not accept returns if you change your mind. Returns on faulty Buddies, or Buddies that do not match the description provided will be honoured. Please contact us to discuss and authorise any returns.

For faulty Buddies, we will send a replacement Buddy along with a returns courier bag. Simply place the faulty Buddy in the bag and send back to us and enjoy your new replacement Buddy.

Returns

Warranty

All Bop Along Buddies are covered by a 3 MONTH Limited Manufacturer's Warranty.

Once the toy has been used the toy has met it burden of use by being used for the purpose intended therefore the replacement Warranty is void as no manufacturing fault is present and the toys is in full working order unless we deem otherwise.

We can not control the environment that the toy is used in and as a result can not offer a replacement warranty on used toys unless the toy has a manufacturing fault.

Although the toys are significantly thicker than many other inflatable toys available they are not completely puncture resistant, and as a result puncturing is not considered a manufacturing fault and will not be replaced.

Please see instructions for care and use page for information on how to avoid damaging your Buddy.

Please note the Pump is NOT covered by the warranty and will not be replaced if damaged or broken.

Replacements can be purchased by contacting us.

Please use care when using the provided pump as they are low capacity low pressure pumps and can not be used with excessive force.

Take care not to bend the pump arm as this will break rendering the pump unusable.

Pricing

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars and are exclusive of shipping charges. Shipping charges will be added at checkout. We endeavour to keep the shipping prices as low as possible and currently provide options of a flat rate courier nation wide, however all prices including that of product & shipping can change without notice.

Payment

Payment is secure and is made through PayPal using Master Card or Visa. Please note that you DO NOT need a PayPal account to use this service, although if you already have an account you can also use that to pay.

We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by us in any circumstance where there is no breach of a legal duty of cared owed to you by us, such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach at the time we enter into our contract with you, any increase in loss or damage is a result of a breach by you of any of these terms. We are not responsible for indirect losses which happens as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by either party at the time of the contract.
